Determine what information is old and take off websiteDiscussed frequency of e-blasts to members; don’t want to overdo them.

Calender on Claims Section Page: Anyone can go in and add a claims event; but not many are doing this. Suggested: put article in CQ “how to” put things on calendarAnd also post this info on the websiteItems which should be considered for Calendar:Claims related issues, I-day’s, Conferences sponsored by such groups as NAAI, ISO, IASIU, or any other which has to do with claims!!Seminar Chairs: Should send Art Beckman a recap of seminars to be offered at Annual Meeting in Nashville and he will put it on website to give it press before meeting in hopes of boosting attendance.Circle of Excellence:Discussion:Have received a lot of submissions. Would like for local chapters to get more involved in submitting activities to Claim Section as well as to their local chapter. This is not considered “double dipping”. Discussed recognizing a member or two of the section who have gone above and beyond as evidenced by their submissions for COE. Barbara, Ray, and Eric will decide who this individual (or two) will be. It would just be an acknowledgement of their dedication to service. Some discussion of what to acknowledge with, a plaque, a certificate, a book? Did not know if needed to run this by National for approval.
